MY APPROACH

For Tess, the emphasis has always been on coaching rather than dictating. Everyone has their individual quirks, strengths and weaknesses, and Tess’s approach is to discover what these are along with you. Her role as your coach (rather than your bootcamp drill instructor!) is to give you professional feedback, provide with you with the tools to improve, and be with you every step of the way as you learn the ins and outs of moving better.

Tess’s training style is a balance between mobility and strength training. She has had experience with a varied range of clients, from stiff office workers to hyper flexible yogis to injured athletes. Regardless of how beginner or advanced clients are, Tess enjoys finding ways to challenge and progress them towards healthier movement.

Via bank transfer, cheque, or PayMe (HSBC) app.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please give at least 12 hours’ notice if you must cancel a session in order to avoid being charged for the full session.
